Service Description

Calm Kids has partnered with Harmony health yoga studio to bring our mobile classes to you! Enjoy our classes with a frequency that works for you. Whether you want one class, a monthly practice or twelve weeks of mindfulness, choose the frequency that works best for you. All group sessions require a minimum of 6 students so invite a friend group to attend. Perfect activity for homeschooling families. ​ Introduction to Yoga: One time one-hour class session. Great as a fun introduction to Family yoga ($18 per Participant) ​ Month of Yoga: 4 Weeks of Yoga offered as 1 hour per week class, introducing students to the fundamentals of breath, movement and relaxation. Children will learn up to 8 breathing exercises, sun salutation movements and up to 10 additional yoga postures within a playful family environment. ($70 per child, one parent allowed without charge) ​ Season of Yoga: Children learn to sustain a movement practice and parents enjoy playful classes that reinforce building strong family connections that build off each other and includes consistent focus on co-regulation, communication, and nervous system regulation. In addition to sun salutations and other yoga sequences, songs, stories and games will be utilized to introduce mindfulness and the power of breath to calm, center and energize them. Calm Kids offers 8 ($120 per child) or 12-Week ($180 per child) sessions- one parent allowed without charge. ​ Sessions are Wednesday @10am and start Sept. 11th click “book now” to select the date.
